Refund Policy

United States Shipping Information We Ship Via UPS and USPS using basic weight based shipping. At checkout our website connects to the UPS or USPS website to determine the shipping charges. You pay actual UPS charges determined by the weight of the ordered items. We also offer Postal service with a small handling charge. UPS is very reliable and your shipment is trackable. We ship to APO addresses via USPS. Most UPS orders placed by 2:00 P.M. CST Monday-Friday will be shipped that day. Postal is not a guaranteed delivery service. International Shipping Information Shipment to all countries is by USPS only. Shipping and insurance charges will be determined when the order is processed by connecting to the USPS website to get the most up to date rates based on the weight of the products ordered and the shipping destination. All USPS packages are insured.
Most orders placed by 12:00 P.M. CST Monday-Friday will be shipped that day.
Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. CST will be shipped the next day.
Larger International orders requiring shipping quotes may take 2-3 days to process.
In some cases due to Postal Service package size and weight restrictions to some International countries, additional packages are necessary to process/ship the order completely. This may create additional shipping charges to cover the cost of the extra packages. If necessary, you will be notified of the additional amount needed to process the order. Upon your approval, the additional amount will be charged to your order and then processed/shipped.

Placing An Order To place an order at Pet Care Depot please follow these simple directions.
Navigate to the desired item(s) you wish to purchase
Click the yellow link below the item called "Add to Cart". The items that you have added to your cart will be displayed in the "Basket Contents" area. (The yellow rectangle on the right side of the screen.)
When you are finished shopping click on the blue link "Checkout" in the "Basket Contents" area.
If you are a first time customer you may enter a Login name and password. This will simplify the checkout process the next time you place an order. Choose a Login name that you will remember. Make sure your password is something that would be difficult for someone else to guess. Click "Continue". For returning customers just enter your Login name and password and you will be taken to the shipping and billing page. Your shipping and billing information will already be filled out for you.
Fill out the Shipping and Billing information. If the Shipping and Billing information is the same then you can leave the "Bill To" fields blank and click "Continue".
Make sure the items in your basket are correct. Choose a Shipping option and credit card. Click "Continue".
Enter your Credit Card Number and Expiration Date. Click "Continue" to process your order.
An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided in the "Ship To" email address field.
Shortly after placing your order you will receive a conformation email.
After your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information.
No orders are processed on Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday morning.
Tracking An Order All orders shipped by UPS Ground are trackable. If you provide your email address when you place your order you will receive your UPS Tracking Number once your order has been shipped. All Domestic USPS orders will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped. Tracking number emails for UPS and USPS orders are sent once UPS or USPS has uploaded shipping information. (after 5pm CST) If you forgot to enter your email address during checkout then email admin@petcaredepot.com and we will send you your tracking information. For USPS International orders please email admin@petcaredepot.com for your tracking number.
